We are in need of a
commercial size
ICE MAKER MACHINE

Each resident's room has a compact refrigerator with a small freezer to accommodate a few frozen items or 1 small ice tray.

An ice maker machine large enough to serve 60 - 90 residents would be greatly appreciated.

BICYCLE RACK
for an apartment
to hold 8 - 10 bikes

Office Furniture (gently used)
File Cabinets (locking)


 

 

How to Help: Gifts In-Kind

 

There are many ways to make a difference in the lives of the men at McCreesh Place. Consider hosting a kitchen shower, a linen shower, or another fun event that will encourage participants to bring needed items for McCreesh Place.

Some items that are always needed:

  • sheets (single size), blankets, pillows & pillowcases
  • socks, gloves, hats
  • laundry bags/ baskets and laundry detergent
  • cleaning supplies – trash bags, sponges, cleaners for rooms, bathrooms and kitchens (oven cleaners & degreasers)
  • brooms, mops, dustpans, toilet bowl brushes, buckets
  • towels and washcloths and bathmats
  • shower sandals
  • shaving products
  • kitchen items – cooking pots & pans, Tupperware
  • dishtowels and potholders
  • storage supplies (ie: plastic stackable bins or crates)
  • desk lamps
  • wall or alarm clocks
  • wall or desk calendars
  • decorative items, collage frames
  • small thermometers for inside of refrigerators
  • flashlights
  • storage bins
  • gift cards for celebrations ($10 - $15 for birthdays, holidays)
  • bus passes (10-ride & monthly)

Staff is available to receive donated items at McCreesh Place at 2120 N. Davidson Street any day from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight.
