Father McCreesh Society: $2,000 +
The inspiration of Father Gene McCreesh is felt within the halls of McCreesh Place where disabled adults are overcoming homelessness in permanent supportive housing. Honoring
Fr. Gene’s desire to end homelessness, members of the Father McCreesh Society make it possible for St. Peter’s Homes to expand permanent supportive housing in the Charlotte region.
Sustainer Level: $1,000 – $1,999
This level is specifically designed for individuals who have a philanthropic desire to invest in permanent supportive housing and for businesses that want to fulfill their corporate social responsibility by helping to end homelessness in Charlotte. Sustainers of McCreesh Place assure that onsite support services remain available to help residents succeed in housing through the following:
• Assessing vocational needs
• Monitoring mental health
• Measuring life skills development
• Referring residents to health care providers
• Support group facilitation (i.e. Living with Loss, Effective Healthy Relationships)
Partner Level: $500 - $999
Donors at the partner level empower community connections for residents as they work to maintain housing stability and achieve greater self-sufficiency. McCreesh Place Partners bridge the necessary financial support for community building and engagement activities for McCreesh Place residents, such as:
• Care of the Vegetable/Memorial Gardens
• “Tuned In” community choir
• Cooking Club
Friends Level: $250-$499
This level of support provides for resident-specific needs at McCreesh Place that are typically not funded through other sources. Friends of McCreesh Place may provide the following to pave the way for a resident’s success:
• Book fees for academic growth
• Tuition for Peer Education support
• Clothing for professional interviews/opportunities
• Toiletries for residents in suite bathrooms
• Public transportation to participate in city-wide activities/employment
• Safety net rent assistance for hardship situations
Advocate Level: $1-$249
The Advocate level of support recognizes donors who demonstrate a desire to support and promote the mission of alleviating homelessness and human suffering in our community.

Prominent donor recognition is given when contributions over multiple years drive forward the development of permanent supportive housing to end homelessness in Charlotte. Benefactors are major donors who have given to St. Peter’s Homes for three (3) years or more consecutive years whose accumulated gifts exceed $5,000.
Corporate Matching Gift Program
Many companies have programs through which they will "match" the charitable contributions made by their employees. Through corporate gift matching, your employer can multiply your gift to St. Peter’s Homes, Inc. making it go further. Check with your company's Human Resources office to see if they offer gift matching.
Legacy Gift
Legacy giving allows St. Peter’s Homes, Inc. to transfer accumulated assets from one generation to future lives. The faithful gifts shared with SPH expresses commitment to the community by providing their estate plans for the lives of others and increases SPH’s endowment during the giver’s life and long after their death. Legacy gifts can be shared through will bequests, planned gifts of IRA and other tax-deferred savings and life income gifts.
