The best way to learn about renting an apartment at McCreesh Place is to come and take a tour.
Tours are available every Tuesday at noon and Thursday at 5 pm or by appointment at 704-335-9380
Please Note: SPH does not provide emergency housing. If you are in need of emergency shelter, one of our Partners may be able to help.
Application Process
McCreesh Place requires an application with verification of ID and income. Additional steps include:
1. Eligibility verification - Written verification of disability and homelessness is needed.
2. Assessment Interview - Once verification of eligibility is received, an applicant can call to confirm, apply and schedule an assessment interview. The process takes between 3 to 5 days.

If approved, on move in day, pay $100 deposit plus the pro-rated move-in rent. Rent is 30% of monthly income, from $140 to $470.

To ensure that McCreesh Place remains a clean, safe and pleasant environment for you and your neighbors, a Guidelines for Community Living must be signed.

Support Services On Site:
A drug and alcohol free property, McCreesh Place offers Supportive Housing Case Management. Residents are connected to services which will help them obtain or remain in permanent housing. Case Management helps individuals work toward their goals. For example:
