St. Peter’s Homes, Inc. / McCreesh Place is part of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Homeless Services Network delivery system for homeless individuals.  Our target population is homeless men with disabilities. Our goals are:

• to assist residents in obtaining and remaining in permanent housing
• to encourage residents to increase skills and/or income
• to support each resident’s goal to achieve greater self-determination, and
• to support residents in recovery in their commitment to health and wellness.

Special needs requiring services include: mental illness, physical disability, developmental disability, chronic substance abuse history, and medical disability.
